Possibilities Unlimited is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing hope, opportunity, and lasting change to the people of East Africa. Since Rich has devoted his life to serving in Uganda, where his passion for the people and their future has shaped impactful programs and lasting partnerships.

Under his leadership, Possibilities Unlimited has developed life-changing initiatives, including the Home of Champions, a home for vulnerable teenagers, as well as community feeding programs that have provided thousands of meals to families in need. 

Rich has led numerous work teams over the years, ranging from medical outreaches and clean water initiatives to major construction projects, always working hand in hand with local professionals to create sustainable solutions.

A cornerstone of his work has been water projects, where he has collaborated closely with Ugandan engineers and community leaders to design and implement safe, reliable water systems.  His efforts have brought clean drinking water to some of the most remote and underserved communities. 

​

Rich's vision also extends to healthcare. Partnering with both the Ugandan medical community and  US-based medical teams, he has facilitated medical care and training in areas where access to treatment is scarce. His leadership has even fostered strong relationships with Kampala's military and police, reinforcing security and trust in the regions where his teams serve.

​

For nearly two decades, Rich has maintained a close partnership with Pete Mutebi Ministries in Kampala, Uganda. Together, they have expanded the reach and impact of their shared mission, ensuring that Possibilities Unlimited continues to grow and serve the nations of East Africa for generations to come.

Above all, Rich's work is marked by passion, commitment and love for the people of East Africa, a legacy that continues to inspire and transform lives.
